Using an Exercise Program to Help Navigate Life Obstacles

The theme for this week’s episode is to use partnerships to help navigate life’s obstacles with an adaptive exercise program.

We understand from a wellness professional point of view, that in order to get to your desired wellness destination you need a guided personalized program that’s adaptable to life’s stressful situations. I posed a question to Nick and Dre, on how we can help find solutions for people that are currently in a stressful lifestyle situation that is high stress or SOS. Nick explains the first thing we need to do is to find out why they’re in that SOS situation, whether it’s big or small obstacles in our current lifestyle that is causing the current chaos.

Dre explains once you realize what those obstacles are, we can now create, apply, and manage a program that fits your current lifestyle demands.
