Our differentiation at PVS is that we don’t just meet with you for your 1-hour training session; we create a personalized program for the other 23 hours of your day to maximize your training time through our groundbreaking training system – VTS.

What is VTS?

VTS – Vitality Training System is a groundbreaking consultant and coaching concept with specific substrates meant to asses, create, and apply individualized programs within the 5 pillars of Vitality. Each of our 5 pillars of Vitality – mindset, sleep, nutrition, recovery, and exercise – are all scientifically backed and combined to create our development of vitality science. Our continuing research and development within vitality science allow us to offer innovative solutions for all of our clients, coaches, and corporations.

Why 5 pillars?

These 5 interdependent pillars are essential for overall wellness, transformation, and Vitality. They are all interdependent on each other and must be focused on within your wellness program.

Think about it….you may feel like you are crushing it in your upper body workouts, but your past injury on your knee makes stay away from your lower body, let’s focus on your recovery pillar to make that knee stronger. Or you have a great diet but always feel tired and do not have enough energy to tend to matters at home, let’s build up your sleep pillar.

Working within the VTS and through these five pillars means a program more than just a 60-minute session in the gym; it means a personalized program for the other 23 hours in your day to maximize your training time.

VQ Score

Think the IQ of wellness.

We measure where you are in each pillar with a Vitality Quotient (VQ) score.

This score is calculated by assessing where you are in each vitality pillar and gives you an overall snapshot of wellness. Your VQ score also takes into account your current lifestyle, goals, and obstacles that may be in the way of those goals. Knowing this score is what allows our performance team to create that personalized program for your wellness transformation. 

Transforming generations

This pillar system for Vitality is based on Epigenetics; which is the study of heritable changes in gene expression (active vs inactive genes) that does not involve changes to the underlying DNA sequence — but instead a changes the phenotype – without a change in genotype — which in turn affects how cells read the genes. Epigenetic change is a regular and natural occurrence but can also be influenced by several factors including nutrition, the environment, mindset, lifestyle, sleep, age, and disease state, exercise, and recovery. 

Our Process For Delivering Results

Our peak management process is a critical part of delivering transformative experiences as it allows us to gather key information through questionnaires, assessments, and consultations which are then analyzed to deliver individualized programming and coaching. With these five steps we can closely monitor and control client progression through the Vitality Training System (VTS).
Not only is it important to be able to deliver a program but it is essential to have a management process that ensures client transformational experiences are accomplished.
