What is VTS?

VTS – Vitality Training System is a groundbreaking consultant and coaching concept with specific substrates meant to asses, create, and apply individualized programs within the 5 pillars of Vitality. Each of our 5 pillars of Vitality – mindset, sleep, nutrition, recovery, and exercise – are all scientifically backed and combined to create our development of vitality science. Our continuing research and development within vitality science allow us to offer innovative solutions for all of our clients, coaches, and corporations.

These 5  pillars are essential for overall wellness, transformation, and Vitality. They are all interdependent on each other and must be focused on within your wellness program.

What does the VTS journey look like?

Each member of the PVS community receives a transformation road map – our high-level, visual strategic plan that outlines goals, key initiatives, milestones, and the timeline for achieving them.
