This gives the opportunity for program reassessments to make sure your path to vitality is the right one for your lifestyle.

Onboarding
Assessment
Complete Your Awareness Questionnaire
The first step in your journey is to complete your vitality awareness questionnaire. This questionnaire will give your wellness consultant an overall picture of where you currently are in your wellness journey.
Vitality Consultation
Next, you will have a one-on-one conversations with your wellness consultant. The consultation is designed to authenticate the data we collected from your questionnaire and where we can start giving you a personalized program. This step can be in-person or virtual depending on your schedule.
Next you will schedule either an in-person or virtual movement assessment addressing any imbalances or physical limitations you are currently facing.
Vitality Program Creation
A big milestone on your path to vitality, your personalized program will be given to you digitally by your wellness consultant and live within our PVS platform. The creation of your program will be for both virtual and in-person services based on our 5 pillars of vitality.
Phase 5: Coaching Management
Where the magic happens! We will coach you through our 5 pillars in-person, virtually, or hybrid based on your availability, location, and lifestyle. We want this program to provide transformation, which means personalization!
Weeks 4-12
Reassessment/Continued Coaching

Week 4
Taking on a new wellness program can be challenging; we want to ensure the last four weeks of your program have been fitting into your lifestyle and are managing it okay. You and your coach will discuss any challenges you are facing and what may need to be adjusted.
Progress Toward Your Goals
Weeks 5-8
Based on that conversation, your wellness coach will deliver an adjusted personalized program to better align with your goals.
Continued Coaching & Progress Report
Weeks 8-12
With your revised program, you will continue with your wellness coaching and your path to Vitality. You will also receive your wellness portfolio to track and manage your wellness investment.
